Take Our Kids to Work Day - Wednesday, November 2, 2016
Take Our Kids to Work is a one-day job-shadowing experience for Grade 9 students. It's a chance for students to connect with what they are learning in school with what happens in the workplace. Students also have an opportunity to see how a parent or another adult spends his or her day. Take our Kids to Work day starts young people thinking about the many choices available to them after high school.
Students need to complete the permission form below and hand it in to their period 5/6 teacher or to Mrs. Robinson before October 30, 2016.
Please refer to the School District #23 website for more information about this important day.
Before, during, and after TOKTWD, students need to complete the REFLECTION booklet. (below)
Certificate of completion can be printed off the following link.
